Designer label Alexander McQueen scoorde alweer hoge ogen tijdens Paris Fashion Week. Sarah Burton is absoluut een waardige opvolger voor de GOD der designers. De SS2012-collectie is betoverend in al zijn vormen. Denk een zware zweep gothic style aangevuld met ultravrouwelijke silhouetten. Misschien niet meteen altijd draagbaar for every day, maar pffff does it matter?

De zomercollectie - Sarah Burtons 3de collectie ondertussen - zit vol van de meest extravagante creaties. Adembenemend met ivoorkleurige satijnen jurken afgewerkt met meters kant. De modellen veranderden echt in zeemeerminnen going to war.

Een collectie om naar uit te kijken. Theatraal en magnifiek. Alexander McQueen's collectie SS2012 is gewoonweg prachtig!
