NYFW: Backstage at Doo.ri

Perhaps Doo.Ri doesn't ring a bell and well hey, should it? I mean we love fashion, so I guess we're never too old or too young to just get to know another amazing designer.

Clean cut silhoettes, fuzzy knitwear, a mix of silk, leather and wool and some amazing layers & cut outs were to be seen on stage but let's just kick it backstage and have a look on what went on.

I'm in for my first show of the season and totally excited of reliving the  traditional back & forth runninhg of an entire team of make-up artists, hairdressers, stylists, models and so on...

It's M.A.C. doing the make-up magic with Tom Pecheux at the the head of the make-up look creation: think pretty looking faces a little matte skin and eyebrows as Tom is totally into the eyebrow thing. I bump into Elke Willemen our Belgian Senior Make-up Artist and once more am proud to see some Belgian action...

New York Fashion Weeks are crazy about nails and at the spot doing the manicure is my favourite brand Essie, whom for the occasion have gotten to the action armed with a lovely brown colored nailpolish named Little Brwon Dress.. How perfect is that? Wanting it already... 

A lot of shows here have their team of manicurists, making model hands picture perfect... Essie is as an all American Brand & present at many backstages...
